Our process

During the initial consultation, we meet in-person or virtually to discuss your goals and vision for your project. We ask that you have a few inspiration pictures of design styles that interest you. During our initial meeting we also discuss timelines, long and short-term goals for your space as well as the budget we will be working with. 

We prepare a quote outlining the cost of our services and the scope of the project. We give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have prior to signing on with us. Once the contract is signed, we will schedule a subsequent visit to take measurements and review our proposal for the project.

We present you with a proposal outlining a conceptual direction and plan (3D renderings) for your space. Using your feedback, we make any necessary revisions and adjustments to the plan prior to commencing the project. We also discuss the finer details (ie. colour choices, finishes, product purchasing).
